Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

No you don’t .You can place an order without creating an account

How Do I Place an Order?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server page and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.

If you expect to purchase additional materials from Nash Empire WorldWide Store  in the future, you may want to consider setting up an account. If you choose to do so, our site will maintain your shipping information  so you do not have to fill out this information each time you visit our secure server. You will also have the ability to view your complete history of purchases made at Nash Empire WorldWide Store. Creating An Account is however optional.

Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of  specifying a shipping address if it is different from billing address.

After providing this information,If you have a valid promotional code, you may enter it in the “Discount Code” field directly above the billing/shipping information. Be sure to click on the “Apply Coupon” button in order to have your savings calculated and applied to your order.

After completing the shipping and coupon discount information, you will need to enter in your payment details.  Once you have completed the form, click on the “Place Your Order” button to submit your order.You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated).

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We provide FREE shipping worldwide on all order. However a few of our special offer products may carry a shipping  fee, which is calculated on checkout.

How Do I Cancel My Orders Before I Make A Payment?

Go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

Can I Cancel/Modify My order Once It Has Been Submitted?

Unfortunately not .Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Please allow 7 days extra, Each customs office is different.

If you are in the US and it’s been over 14 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 21 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Shipping on most products take between 7-21 business days. A note for international customers outside the USA: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Nash Empire Worldwide Store is not responsible for any delays, fees or tariffs by Customs Office.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to Nash Empire WorldWide Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Will I Have To Pay Additional Import Duty, Tax or Charges?

We ship our products from different warehouses around the globe ,therefore you may have to pay import tax and duty charges.

Nash Empire WorldWide Store is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country’s national import office to you.  Such charges are issued by the country’s national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by Nash Empire WorldWide Store in any way.

Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country’s governmental or national import office website for further information.
