SHIPPING & HANDLING
The standard processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. However, in exceptional cases, orders processing times may go beyond five business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is up to between 7 -14 weeks days, and up to 21 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Courier Company to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has been shipped.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express & Paypal. Please allow between 7-21 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed please email us to review the status of your order.
We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is 9 -15 working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.
We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been placed.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Nash Empire Worldwide Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Nash Empire Worldwide Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
